Alexis and Ben – Mendon Ponds Park Family Session

10 years ago, Alexis and Ben made the decision to be together and it has been a wild journey ever since. A marriage, career changes, moves, new pets, and all the adventures later; they are still laughing their way through life. We took a moment out of this year to soak in all of the joy of that life together with their elderly (in age, but not in spirit) pup Piper.

Mendon Ponds Park is where Ben proposed and so many stories have happened there since. It was the perfect day to celebrate this wonderful family.

  • As we enter into our last bit of time with Ellie, I’m so grateful to have been blessed with this little gremlin. We argue (and I lose) almost every day, she is my constant shadow that has no concept of personal space, and my favorite taste tester. She has been with us for our entire marriage, and has seen so many adventures along the way. I don’t know what I’m going to do not being woken up a dog staring at me .5 inches from my face every morning, or how I’m going to chop any vegetables without having to make a little snack board for her, but I’m grateful for every minute we’ve had with this weirdo dog. Emails and inquiries will be answered as usual, but I’ll be quieter on social media for a bit. Hug your furry ones a little tighter for us this week.

  • Even 100% dense cloud cover during the whole solar eclipse didn’t dim the joy of these two for even a minute. My cheeks still hurt from laughing the whole day celebrating Liz and Jesse, it was extraordinary.
