The New McCarthy Family – Buffalo Lifestyle Newborn Photography

It has been nothing but an absolute joy to get to know these two extraordinary women and their families – especially the newest addition. My journey with Anna and Stasia began with their wedding last year and has continued through all of these amazing milestones in their lives together. Watching their home change to welcome baby Josie was the very best — she is so adored by everyone around her. Even Ben, their cat, is warming up to the idea of having a sibling.

We spent the morning soaking in all of these moments together while Josie is still a tiny peanut (although she has already perfected her judging face in the best possible way). This is just the start of their grand adventure; I cannot wait to see the rest!

  • As we enter into our last bit of time with Ellie, I’m so grateful to have been blessed with this little gremlin. We argue (and I lose) almost every day, she is my constant shadow that has no concept of personal space, and my favorite taste tester. She has been with us for our entire marriage, and has seen so many adventures along the way. I don’t know what I’m going to do not being woken up a dog staring at me .5 inches from my face every morning, or how I’m going to chop any vegetables without having to make a little snack board for her, but I’m grateful for every minute we’ve had with this weirdo dog. Emails and inquiries will be answered as usual, but I’ll be quieter on social media for a bit. Hug your furry ones a little tighter for us this week.

  • Even 100% dense cloud cover during the whole solar eclipse didn’t dim the joy of these two for even a minute. My cheeks still hurt from laughing the whole day celebrating Liz and Jesse, it was extraordinary.
