Jenn and Zac – Shadow Lake Wedding Photography, Penfield NY

Jenn has the kind of laugh you can hear a mile away, and Zac is determined to always keep her grinning. They are the perfect study of complementary people — Jenn is bubbly and Zac is steadfast. The common phrase of the day was “finally” (they have been together since early college), and every one present was so thrilled to celebrate.

We spent the whole day at Shadow Lake Golf Course and Racquet Club, where Jenn and her girls got ready together among hysterical laughter and the perfect 2000’s playlist. After a quick stop over to Zac and the guys (yes, he did ice them as one of his groomsmen gifts. Yes, we all laughed really hard), Jenn finished up the details to prepare for her wedding day.

They were so excited to see each other during their first look and kick off the day they had been waiting for. We laughed our way through portraits with their extremely sweet family and wedding party and made our way over to their sentimental ceremony.

Zac’s father officiated their nuptials that were the perfect balance of funny, sweet and a complete reflection of who they are together. After beautiful readings and warm vows, they made their way back down the aisle as husband and wife.

The celebration all day long was only the start — their reception was truly one for the books. They danced among organically shaped and romantic florals and danced the night away under the gorgeous Shadow Lake tent.
