Courtenay and Sam light up any room they walk into. Sam has a contagious laughter that starts somewhere, and you soon find yourself laughing with her. Courtenay has the kindest, warmest presence, and the ability to put anyone around her at ease. Together, they are quite a pair. They laugh, go on adventures, and enjoy a lot of craft beer.
We started the morning at the Lofts at Pearl, where both Sam and Courtenay prepared for their wedding day surrounded by the people they love the most. Both rooms were filled to the brim with excited energy and hysterical laughter. They each chose details that were perfectly fitting for their personalities — Sam chose as much glitter as possible, and Courtenay donned embroidered Nikes.
After putting the finishing touches on both stunning women, they saw each other for the first time. The whole room shared in their excitement to finally be getting married.
Even the sun knew how special Sam and Courtenay are, it made a special appearance after days of rain on their brisk wedding day. Their bridal party laughed their way through the cold, and everyone genuinely enjoyed each others’ presence. You could feel in the very air how much love surrounds this pair.
Their ceremony was beautifully intimate. Their dear friend officiated their heartfelt vows, and loved ones chose readings to celebrate Courtenay and Sam’s relationship. There were tears, hysterical laughter, and so much joy over the start of this chapter of their lives together. Amid cheers, (and later shots) the pair was finally wed.
The energy in the room only went up from there, the reception was truly a celebration. There were uproarious toasts, emotional dances, and a killer party. The dance floor was packed until the very last song, and Sam and Courtenay’s smiles never left their faces.
