Tanya and Wayne – Avanti Mansion Wedding Photography, Blasdell NY

From the second that we spoke on the phone, it was clear how special Tanya and Wayne are; they are each others’ perfect balance. Their lives over the past 6 months (and a few more to come!) have been filled with so much joy and life-changing news. Their wedding day was a spectacular celebration of the crazy journey that life has taken them on.

We started with Tanya’s nearest and dearest while a fantastic team did their hair and makeup. They laughed their way through the morning, everyone was so thrilled that the wedding day was finally here. After finishing up the immaculate details, we made our way over to Our Lady of Victory Basilica.

Now, there is not a church in Buffalo that is grander than OLV — from the historic details to the way the light streams through the stained glass windows, there could not have been a setting more fitting for Tanya and Wayne. Their ceremony was a wonderful combination of honoring old traditions and creating their own. From the very second they saw each other, their smiles never left their faces. They grinned their way through vows and their first married kiss and laughed their way through their portrait session at the Botanical Gardens.

That belly-aching laughter was just the start of their party. Amid heartfelt toasts, delicious food, sentimental details, stellar dance moves, we celebrated their first day as a married couple.  Their perfect day ended in a fireworks display that rivaled any local show on the 4th of July, and it could not have been a more beautiful tribute to a spectacular couple.

Tanya and Wayne – CONGRATULATIONS!! You are MARRIED! Thank you for your kindness and joy all day long, and in the weeks leading up to it. So thrilled for you both on this crazy journey life is taking you on.
