Megan and Eric – The Piermont Wedding Photography, Bayport NY

Megan and Eric are all warmth and fun, and their wedding day was exactly that. They laughed with their whole bodies, they cried, they danced their butts off and celebrated getting super freaking married.

We started the morning at Megan’s childhood home where she was surrounded by her family — both the one she was born into and the childhood friends that have turned into sisters. They laughed their way through getting ready, complete with a roast among friends and a sweet first look with Megan’s loved ones. Her childhood babysitter was waiting for her at the bottom of the stairs, as the representative for the generation that would have loved to be there (yes, we all cried). After a sweet toast, we made our way over to the guys for the first look.

Megan and Eric were all smiles from the moment they saw each other, and their grins only got bigger as the night went on. We laughed our way through their portraits and beamed all the way down the aisle. Megan’s childhood guidance counselor officiated their ceremony which was the perfect balance of sentimental and charming.

Their cheers moments after they were officially married were just the start of their celebration. They danced their way through the rest of the evening amid heartfelt toasts, sweet parent dances and a missing piece of cake.

Megan and Eric – Congratulations you two! Thank you for being so wonderful all day long. I hope Italy is spectacular.
